Return Policy 

Our policy lasts about 30 days. You must contact us within the 30 days of receiving your package for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship goods back. To be eligible for return orders must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete a return customers are required to have proof of purchase and to also email us prettyfeaturez@gmail.com for instructions on how to proceed. 

If you purchased a discounted item that was previously on sale for 20% or over is not qualified for return or exchanges.

  • Items under $15 
  • Items such as( hair clips,swimwears, undergarment, lip products, lip glosses, lip-scrubs,Mask). 

Refund Confirmation 

Once item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of returned item(s). We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved it will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to return to credit card or bank account.

Pretty Featurez is not responsible for return shipping fees and must be covered by customers. To return orders please email us before hand to let us know of your return prettyfeaturez@gmail.com. you can check local post office for shipping cost and are usually non-refundable. Depending on where you live shipping times may very. when returning orders we recommend using tracking shipping services or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
